Magnesite Screed
Suited mostly for areas that are heavily damaged and have surface hardness issues.
These securely bonded, over an excising concrete sub base , typically 10mm to 35mm in thickness screeds, are uniform, inorganic, self leveling, jointless, odor free, conductive (according to DIN 51953) and without any surface admixtures. Their mechanical properties like surface hardness of 170 N/mm² (according to DIN 272), tensile strength of 11 N/mm² and compression strength of 50N/mm² (according to DIN 18560) surpasses even the highest standards.
